About Cheryl King
Cheryl is a real estate closing attorney and Director of the firm’s REALsmart Georgia Real Estate Commission Real Estate School. She is also an Instructor for GAR® Partners in Education.
She provides presentations to attorneys, mortgage companies and real estate companies on loan fraud, contract creation, contract interpretation, cybersecurity, and social media. She published a LinkedIn newsletter and smartstips.com blog on real estate matters for real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys traveling with her family. They regularly attend LSU football and baseball games in Baton Rouge and beyond. Geaux Tigers! Thanks to her husband’s exceptional cooking skills, you may find a crawfish boil happening in their backyard on any given weekend.
